Creamy and Blendable
These are beautiful, versatile products that could be used for eyes, cheeks, and lips. I purchased two shades to use for the cheeks so I cannot comment how it performs on the eyes or lips. The consistency is creamy and smooth but not greasy that it slips all over the skin and it's not dry and thick to the point where the product flakes and lifts makeup underneath. Due to the creamy texture you have plenty of time to blend without panicking that the product has dried on the skin and won't move. These liquid lipsticks are also pigmented so a little goes a long way and there's a light vanilla scent to the product but it's not overpowering. I do have oily acne prone skin and this product has not broken me out nor have I had any new bumps or irritation. Despite my very oily skin, when worn as blush, these lipsticks lasts for a decent time (5-6 hours). There is fading of the color throughout the day but it's to be expected because of how oily my skin is. On dried acne scars this can cling on to the dead skin so prepping the skin is very important if you want to avoid an uneven application. I'm able to layer the color on top of itself without the initial layer of blush fading and becoming patchy or having it lift any other base makeup underneath. The finish is more of satin matte so it's not too matte and flat and not too dewy and glowy but a good balance. I purchased the shades LL05 Berry Frost and LL11 Morena as blush. LL05 Berry Frost looked like a cool toned grey-brown which I thought would be great as eyeshadow because every brown color turns orange on me. After swatching though, the color pulls more mauve on my medium skin with yellow undertones so I use it as blush instead. LL11 Morena looked like a dark mauve online but on me it's a beautiful neutral rosy brown color, perfect for everyday. I love to mix LL05 and LL11 to create a custom color for the cheeks! I also live in the US and my products came relatively fast so that's always good. I do wish that there are proper swatches of ALL of the colors because the photos online don't do the colors justice. Nonetheless, these are beautiful liquid blushes!
